I'm a realtor.  It's what I do.  But I'm also a person who cares more about the happiness of my clients than about whether they buy or sell a home with me.  Really!  Many of you ARE planning on a New Home in 2020, and that's great!  I'd love to help you!  But a different address doesn't equal happiness.  Don't get me wrong!  As a Realtor, I work to help the Happiness Happen at every step of finding, negotiating, inspecting, appraising and closing on the purchase of a new home.  But the "happy" in the new home, happens when the new owners choose to LIVE FULLY, LOVE each other, BE GOOD to their family and neighbors, and take care of the house they are BLESSED to call HOME.  So whether you move to a new home or stay in your current one, I wish you happiness in your Home in 2020!!!
